The aim of the Metro Area Philosophers of Science group (MAPS) is to bring together scientists and philosophers to engage on foundational issues through a series of colloquia. We hold 3-5 talks per semester given by visiting faculty, resident faculty, and graduate students. Talks are held at NYU, CUNY Graduate Center, Columbia, or Rutgers. For a schedule of talks, see the calendar or visit our Facebook page.
We are grateful for support from the Departments of Philosophy at Rutgers University, New York University, and Columbia University.
If you would like to participate in MAPS or would like to be added to the MAPS mailing list, please contact us.
